OM-- the vibrating, pulsing energy within all things that exist. These OM bells (tingshas or Tibetan chimes) can be used to create the desired vibrational atmosphere for yoga, meditation, feng shui or chanting. Each bell is handcrafted by Tibetan artisans in the ancient time honored tradition of using seven metals to ensure the highest quality sound and resonance.

Tingshas (prayer chimes) have been used for centuries by Tibetan Buddhists to prepare for meditation. When the two pieces strike each other they produce a clear, pure, cleansing sound which can be used to focus the mind before and after meditation.
