Rapunzel Gifts reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Please review the conditions prior to making any purchases on our site.

All descriptions and sizes are approximate. Actual sizes, colors and styles may vary from the photos and descriptions on this site. Photos are representative of each item, but may not be of the actual item currently available.

All items are subject to previous sale. Prices and policies for this website are subject to change without notice.

Methods of Payment:
All orders must be pre-paid. We accept major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover Card) and US bank checks and postal money orders. New Jersey sales tax will be added when applicable.

Shipping:
Rapunzel Gifts ships in accordance with FTC guidlines. Rapunzel Gifts makes every effort to process and ship orders within one to three business days, including orders with express shipping, which are given priority.

Shipping and handling charges are extra and are based on the weight, size and method of shipment. Orders are sent via UPS unless otherwise requested. Please note, UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Backorders will be shipped at the same rates as regular orders. Please contact us with special requests and for more information.

Shipments to Canada
UPS charges approx $30 COD for orders valued between $40-100 Canadian. If you want to reduce shipping and brokerage fees we recommend you contact us at sales@rapunzelgifts.com for a customized order and shipping quote. We will gladly ship your order via USPS.

Complimentary free shipping
Check out our special offers to find out about complimentary free shipping on certain quantities of merchandise.

Insurance and Damages:
All orders shipped UPS are insured up to $100. If you receive an item that has been damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately. Save ALL packing materials and paperwork. If you notice external damage to the package at the time of delivery, alert the delivery person at that time, and, if possible, have them verify this damage in writing. Damage due to shipping may need to be claimed through UPS.

Returns
At Rapunzel Gifts we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your merchandise we can provide a refund of your order within 30 days of receipt of the item and if the Rapunzel Gifts Return Policy is met.

Sorry, we cannot accept returns on gift baskets, or any opened products including but not limited to: bath and body products, perfumes, creams, soaps, CDs and DVDs. Please check our Return Policy below for instructions and exceptions.

Returning Merchandise
To create your return complete the Return Form on the reverse side of your invoice that you received with your merchandise. Note the reason for return and whether you are requesting a refund or replacement. Place the Return Form in a box with your merchandise. You can return your item by the carrier of your choice.

Return Policy
Returns will only be accepted and credit given or money refunded if ALL of the following conditions are met:
  1. Items must be in original condition as shipped.
  2. Notification of return is received by us within seven days of your receipt of the item. Contact: sales@rapunzelgifts.com.
  3. Returned item is received by us within 14 days of the date you received the item. Items returned past the deadline will receive credit towards future purchases. For December holiday purchases, we accept returns through January 15th.
  4. Customer assumes all responsibility for the safety, shipping and handling of the returned item. We suggest careful packing and insuring as the minimum precaution.
  5. We do not reimburse shipping fees on returns.
  6. We will not replace damaged merchandise that was shipped to you by someone other than Rapunzel Gifts. Please check your items upon receipt and before sending onto another destination.

If your package arrives damaged please either refuse the package from the driver or issue a claim with UPS or Fed-Ex. We will gladly replace your item once UPS/Fed-Ex verifies they have received your complaint and accepts responsibility for the damage.
